Crushed blackberry, cassis and blueberry are seasoned with sage, coffee beans, and dark chocolate on the nose, while the palate is rich and smooth with complex layers of flavours that unfold as the wine opens up. DAOU vineyards is a 212 acre family-run estate in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles and seeks to craft top quality Bordeaux-style wines which combine Old World elegance with a New World exuberance and vibrancy.
