Exploding with crispy natural flavors of apple blended with lemon and citrus fruits coupled with savory notes of ginger. This white wine is spicy and lively. The palate length is driven by a smooth touch of tasty fruits such as green apple and unique youthfulness obtained from Semillon grapes. There is also some vibrant acidity coupled with depth from maturation in oak barrels providing a long finish.

Chardonnay and Semillon grapes are hand-harvested. While the Semillon is crushed prior to pressing to maximize the flavor from the skins, the entire bunch of Chardonnay is pressed before being transferred to ancient oak barrels for fermentation providing depth and structure.
